Artwork Proofs
Will I receive a proof of the artwork before printing?
Yes. If you choose to use our design services, Bravzo Advertising FZE LLC will create a custom design for your order and provide a PDF proof for your review.
You may request changes to the artwork until you are fully satisfied. Printing will only begin after we receive your final approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof, including spelling, layout, colours, and content.
Reprints and Refunds Policy
All products supplied by Bravzo Advertising FZE LLC are custom-made according to individual customer requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or defective.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before production begins will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received before production has commenced.
Defective or Faulty Goods
If you believe your order is defective or faulty, the following conditions apply:
- You must notify Bravzo Advertising FZE LLC in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and rectify any defective goods and may choose to repair or reprint the items instead of issuing a refund.
- Defective goods must be returned to us for inspection. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, return shipping will be covered by us.
- If only part of an order is defective, the entire order must be returned for inspection.
- If any goods have been used, this will be considered acceptance of the order, and the goods will not be eligible for replacement or reprint.
- Bravzo Advertising FZE LLC is not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses arising from defective products, nor for any costs incurred by engaging third parties to repair or reprint goods.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if agreed upon after inspection and assessment.
- Once approved, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
