You confirm that any materials, content, or elements supplied for a project do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. Upon full and final payment, ownership of the completed artwork will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Draft Concepts and Copyright
Until full payment is received, all draft concepts, designs, and preliminary work remain the intellectual property of Bravzo Advertising FZE LLC. We reserve the right to display completed or draft work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Revisions and Author Alterations
All revision requests must be submitted in writing. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, including hourly fees where applicable.
Payment Policies
Invoices are calculated based on the scope of work or hours worked and are non-refundable. A deposit may be required for new projects. All invoices must be paid within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
